There are many reasons that we can all benefit from drawing, but to be more clear, this is why some of us are drawn to it. When we draw, we see things and we feel things. We feel and we see and we feel and we feel.
Of course, it’s true that drawing is good for your body. I’m not talking about your muscles, but rather the things that are in your body, such as bones, blood vessels, muscles, organs, and more. Drawing teaches you to perceive, to observe, to appreciate the things in your body.
