We’ve all heard of the “back pain”.

If you overuse it for a sustained period of time, it can lead to nerve irritation and inflammation that can be felt as a pressure sensation. To alleviate back pain, I recommend changing out your bedding for something firm. There are a few products out there that have special back cushions for sleeping on.
You can have a bad back if you spend too much time lying on your back or bending forward. My own back pain goes away if I use certain positions to try and alleviate my pain, such as sitting astride a chair or leaning against a wall.
