This is why you should never get a headache when you cry. It can be really bad.
If you cry, your body releases a cocktail of hormones that have the effect of making you feel all of the worst parts of yourself. If you don’t feel those effects, your body is trying to cope by making you feel more miserable.
This is also why you should never get a headache when you have a migraine. That’s so you can use it to your advantage. This is why I will always find a way to be able to cry and feel the worst parts of myself without completely ignoring them.
When I’m having a bad day I’ll sometimes throw my hands up and say, “I’m just crying.” I don’t know why I’m doing this, but it’s probably just an attempt to distract myself from the bad feelings.
I could be wrong, but I believe that if you are crying, no matter what your problem, your body is trying to cry too. The problem is that its trying to cry at the wrong time. When you are in a fight with your mom, you want to cry when you think your mom is going to get you. If you are angry with your sister, you want to cry when you think your sis might do something bad.
Your body knows the time when it feels like it needs a break. This is especially true when you’re in the middle of a fight and you need to cry because your emotional state is too chaotic to manage it with just your eyes.
Crying is hard to manage, but it can be done. Try not to cry when you feel like you have a lot of anger, resentment, or rage. Instead, you can keep the emotion bottled up inside and only cry if you need to. When you are ready to let it out, just stop.
Crying can be a natural part of human life. People will often cry during a fight or a game of chance. Even so, it’s important to remember you can only do so much in the presence of your emotions. If you can’t manage your emotions to the point you can cry about something, you might need to just give them a break.
If you are a person who is prone to excessive anger and/or rage, you might need to take some time and make a conscious effort to slow down when you are ready to cry. You might want to try a different activity, or if you are a person who is prone to excessive fear, it’s important to stop.
