I know what you’re thinking. “But what about constipation?” Yeah, I’m with you on the idea that constipation is a symptom, not the cause. If you were to stop eating, what would your symptoms be? What would you eat? How would you feel? The answer is you would have no symptoms at all.
If you were to completely stop eating something, your bowel would feel like a river. In fact, I doubt you would even know that your bowels were constipated. They would be a constant reminder that you had failed to eat something. It’s easy to get caught up in the illusion that you are the only one who has this problem, though.
Yes, I’ve had my fair share of constipation. The fact is that I’m not the only one. I’ve seen my friends with horrible bowel problems, and their bowels were never so constipated. What causes these constipation-inducing symptoms is a large number of things. Sometimes it’s just simply not enough food in your system, or there’s an inflammation in your digestive tract that makes your bowels feel like they’re constipated.
This is not the case for everyone. For me, it was a combination of a bad diet, extreme stress, and not enough water. Ive even had to take digestive pills. This can be difficult to diagnose, and even more difficult to treat, but I believe its usually something simple that can be fixed.
In many cases, a simple solution is to take in a lot of water and eat some fruits and vegetables. I know this because I just recently had to take a long break from eating for a while to keep my bowels in check. This is not because I couldn’t keep up with my usual eating habits, it’s just because I was feeling constipated. Luckily I was able to take a few pills that help with the constipation (also known as constipation relief).
I couldnt find an official definition for what causes constipation but I believe that the main cause is a deficiency of the “std”. A deficiency of the “std” is a condition that is caused by a decrease in the amount of digestive enzymes in the body. When the digestive enzymes are deficient, the body will experience some sort of digestive problem such as constipation.
The word “strict” can be hard to understand because it means something very different to different people. To a person of my generation, it usually means a person who is very strict and disciplined and who doesn’t make mistakes. To a recent generation of people, it means someone who doesn’t mess up their lives or their relationships. To my kids, it means someone who is very hard-working and meticulous, who is just a straight-man type of person.
To be honest, I found it to be a bit of a contradiction, and so much of my own family background is strict. However, I have my own personal explanation for it. The strictness in my family comes from my father being a strict disciplinarian who taught me how to do things the proper way, then when I was a teenager he went on to become a policeman, which was a way of life for the few years I was growing up in Australia.
In Australia, I wasn’t allowed to work in the community, as a consequence I ended up working in a factory, which led to me being called a “cruncher”, which is slang for a job that you have to put your hands in as a reward.
I was not a cruncher when I was growing up. There was never a time when my father wasn’t strict. That said, I have also been called the Cruncher because I am the one who puts his hands in, and I was actually on my father’s side during the first part of his life. Because of this, I tend to be the sensitive type.
