This has been something that I’ve been hearing about from friends as well as people I know. I thought I was going to be a champion and make them all forget about their grief, but it hasn’t been that easy. The good news is that I no longer have to worry about gaining weight after miscarriage, and even though I still have to exercise a lot, I know I’m doing the best I can.
I know it may seem crazy, but Ive been doing this for months now, and I feel as though it is finally starting to pay off. I am in denial about my weight, and the weight gain has been a big deal. Ive always been very active, but this time around Ive found that my activity level is not as high as I thought it would be. Ive also started to do some cross-training to improve my endurance and strength.
Weight gain, especially after miscarriage, is common and has been shown to be associated with more weight gain in other studies. Although this does not mean weight gain for anyone else, it does mean weight gain for you as well, which can make it hard to maintain. So there is always the temptation to just stop losing weight; after all, your weight gain is still your weight gain.
In my case I’m just trying to get my body back to where it was and that’s toasty warm. Although I do lose some weight after miscarriage (which I’m not saying is good), it’s mostly muscle so it’s not a big deal. I’m not losing any fat, just muscle.
You’re right, it’s good to get your body back in shape.
I should have said that weight gain is not good for your body. Although weight gain does seem to make it hard to maintain your weight, there are ways to reduce it if you are already losing weight. One such method involves taking vitamins C and D, which help to increase the amount of fat cells in your body. For me, this was the biggest step to getting back to my optimal weight.
Well, if you are already losing weight, why not just increase the amount of vitamin C in your diet? The main reason for increased fat is probably because your body’s metabolism slows down as it loses fat, and since you are eating more fatty foods, your body is trying to burn them off more quickly.
I was hoping that my pregnancy would be so different that I’d be able to gain weight again, but it wasn’t. I lost 2 pounds, but there’s still quite a bit more fat to come off. Once again, I’m hoping that my next pregnancy will be different.
You might think I’m overreacting, but you can’t really blame me for feeling a little bit down after my miscarriage. You’re right, it’s hard to get back to your previous body weight and feel as strong as you once did. But with that said, I plan to keep gaining weight after my next round of children are born.
If you ever have a miscarriage, your body is going to change. As an example, when I miscarried I gained back a lot of weight. It was because I was so hungry. Now my body has a hard time finding food again. I have to do a lot of exercise to keep my weight up and it doesn’t work for me. When I was pregnant, I didn’t gain any weight at all.
