I believe in good skin; I believe we should all be caring for our skin as best as we can. However, I don’t see it as important to care for the state of the skin. Instead, I see it more as a matter of what I do, how I take care of my skin, and how I take care of my skin when it’s dry.
The skin we all have is our own personal skin care products. This is especially true for the younger generations since we’re starting to realize that our skin isn’t actually our best friend. We’re getting older and more aware of how our bodies are affected by external factors such as climate change, pollution, and a myriad of other factors. This realization has forced many of us to start putting the extra time and care into caring for our skin, or at least being aware of it.
As more people are starting to realize that their skin is more important than their hair, that they don’t need synthetic chemicals for it to look good, that they can actually improve their skin by themselves, there is an increased demand for skin care products. And, just like every other food item, companies are starting to put products on the market that not only improve our health but also cost a lot of money.
In the age of “organic,” we are living in a world where “organic” is a dirty word, and companies are making a killing by promoting animal-free products. So it’s no wonder that skin care products are a dime a dozen. What’s more, not all products are made equal. There are many, many companies out there that sell products that claim to improve your complexion, but are actually only making their product look better by giving you a cheap, synthetic complexion fix.
One such company I’ve noticed is Dermalogica. They sell a lot of products that claim to be vegan but, in reality, are only vegan in the sense that they are 100% animal free. One of the products, their skin care line, is the SkinCare line. This line is advertised as being vegan, but they are, in fact, only 100% animal free. And that’s where it gets really interesting.
The first line of the SkinCare line is “Vegan skin care for a healthier you.” The second line is “Cleansing for a more youthful glow.” The third line is “A detoxifying, nourishing, and healing facial cleanser.” And so on. They have a ton of options that you can use to tone, soothe, and even tighten your skin. These products are all vegan, but they do have animal testing on the sides.
The second line of SkinCare is Vegan Skin Care for a healthier you. The first line is Vegan Skin Care for a healthier you. The third line is Cleansing for a more youthful glow. The second line is Vegan Skin Care for a healthier you. The third line is Cleansing for a more youthful glow.
The third line is vegan skin care, but it is also a whole lot of ingredients, so it can’t be all vegan. It is also an under-the-tongue cleanser. The first line is vegan skin care, but it is also a whole lot of ingredients, so it can’t be all vegan. It is also an under-the-tongue cleanser.
Cleanser is another word for face wash. Thats right, it is a facial wash. A lot of people have the mistaken notion that you can wash your face with a facial wash, but that is not true. Its a product that cleanses your face and body, not your delicate little face.
The idea that a face wash is a facial wash is a myth. Face wash cleanses the face and body, not the face of the sensitive area. Face wash has quite a few ingredients, but they are basically a cleanser, so it can’t all be vegan.
