I have been a follower of Supriya Aysola for some time now. She is a yoga teacher and mindfulness teacher who focuses on developing a healthy attitude towards food, relationships, and our daily lives. My intention is to share her unique approach to eating. After you get to know Supriya’s approach to food, it’s pretty easy to see why she’s so wildly popular, since she’s such an incredible cook and makes some of the best food I’ve ever tried. I think when I first saw Supriyas online store I thought, “Wow, I guess I can make some of that.” Since then, Ive discovered shes an amazing recipe developer, as well as a really nice person. So when I first started looking at her recipes, I was really impressed.

Supriya is an amazing cook, but she also works as a programmer. She has a bunch of cool recipes for cooking, but the way she does them is something that I absolutely love. The whole process starts with a lot of trial and error with a lot of ingredients and a lot of cooking. It’s really quite simple.

Since today, Ive been working on making sure that I have a good recipe, and that I make my own. When I’m not working on making recipes that I do, I’ll be posting on this blog, or at least contributing to this site.
