Being a social person means you are doing something that is enjoyable to you and that you wish you could do more. You have to keep in touch. And you have to spend some time there as well. If you’re feeling stressed out, you’re probably feeling like you’ve got a whole lot of stress already.
So if you’re a social person, and youre stressed out, youre probably just going to sit down in front of the TV or something and watch it all day. You need to do something to get your mind off things so that you can actually do something productive.
So I was going to say that if youre feeling stressed out, you might call in sick. That way you can do a physical activity that you are good at, and actually have something to do that actually improves your mood. And if youre a social person, youre probably going to go watch a movie or something with friends and youre not going to be watching a movie with your friends, youre just going to be sitting around and doing nothing.
