This is one of those questions that will probably be answered quickly if you are interested in the “how” of nutrition, but you probably aren’t. Like most of the other questions on this list, this one is more about the “why” and “how” than the “why not”.
In this case, the why is because of fat. As fat increases in your body, it also increases in your brain. And because of the way fat is stored in the brain, fat makes the brain more sensitive to stress and mood. The same thing is true with sleep. When you sleep, you are not only going to be less tired, you are also going to be more alert (if you are a night owl), you will also become less stressed.
The truth is that in the case of fat, sleep deprivation is not a viable treatment. Sleep is the body’s way of letting your brain know that it is getting rest. There are two ways to be stressed: by eating, and by taking care of yourself. If you eat, you can feel as stressed as you would feel if you were stressed every day. When you go to bed, your body is working to prepare you to start the next day.
Sleep deprivation is a terrible idea for so many reasons, but it’s especially bad because it makes you eat when you’re sleep deprived. Sleep deprivation also makes you eat when you’re not sleep deprived, and if you sleep at all, you’re probably going to eat just about anything.
So, if you’re worried about how your body’s going to react when you go to bed, don’t worry. If your body is trying to prepare you for something, you’re just eating all the things you’d normally eat or drink. I know it sounds weird, but there is a huge difference. You’re not stressing that your body is going to react to stress by not eating. You’re not stressing that you’re not going to sleep.
While some people might eat after they do a workout, this is just the opposite. When you’re not sleeping, you’re actually eating. Whether you do it during an intense workout or not, you’re just eating all the things you normally eat or drink. Youre not stressing that your body is going to react to exercise by not eating.
I often say that it’s the people who do the most exercise that are the most stressed out. The point of exercise is to burn calories, not to be stressed out. But while it is true that you shouldn’t stress your body out, there is a difference between the two. You shouldn’t stress your body out, because stress leads to muscle loss. But you shouldn’t stress out your body, because stress causes hunger pangs.
I know, I know, I’m a pig. But I think its a good analogy.
What you really need to stress is your brain. And I think it’s not hard to do. But if you don’t realize that, you can easily end up stressed out, and that doesn’t help anyone.
You are still stressed out, but you are at least aware of how stressed you are. I mean, how about if you were a pig and you were stressed out. Then you could eat a whole bunch of fat and muscle and then you would never get stressed out again. As you grow, you would be more aware of that fact.
