Many people who suffer from dairy withdrawal have some side effects associated with it. One of the most common side effects is bloating. The problem is that when people get dairy allergies, it can cause a host of other symptoms. And when you dont really feel a right to be a dairy fan, you are not allowed to get dairy.
I guess I’m trying to say that its hard to get dairy allergy when people dont feel you’re a dairy fan, but I dont know of anyone who has had this problem.
