We all have our own unique way of doing things. What this blogger is talking about is one of those ways that you can find yourself doing something that you’ve been doing for years or even decades. I call it shitsu care. It’s a word that I came up with in the same way that I started using the term self-awareness a few years ago, it’s a way of referring to one’s own actions.
Shitsu Care is not just a way of acting, it’s also a way of living. For example, youre probably doing all of these things when youve been doing them for a long time, but youve never actually considered it as a way of living. It all comes down to making a conscious decision to do it on a regular basis.
I think its really cool to have an option where you can say, “Yup. Every damn day, I’m making a conscious decision to do this.” For example, if youre going to the gym, or if youre going to school, or if youre going to work, or if youre going to the grocery store, you should be able to say, “Hey, I’m making a conscious decision to do this every single day.
There are a few different ways to do this. I often do it in conjunction with a lot of other things. One is to make a decision to do something every single day. Or, you can decide to do something every day that you normally wouldn’t do. If you decide to run, you can say, Hey, I decided to run today. If you decide to meditate, you can say, Hey, I decided to meditate today.
That’s the way I’ve always done it in the past, and it’s really a great way to go. I think it’s better than saying, Hey, I am consciously deciding to be healthier. I think it’s more powerful, and you can keep it up for years.
That said, meditating for years is a bit of an oxymoron. It works for me because I have a habit of going for a run whenever I need to get out of my head. The problem is that most people don’t have that habit.
That said, if you want to go the distance, you can take part in a meditation retreat. It’s not the same as being in a monastery for years, but it’s a great way to learn the basics. I mean think of it this way: You can read a book for years and never even have to see the words on the page.
The only problem you face is that you still have to stop and take a break. You cannot just sit and meditate all day. You’ll get a short meditation session and then you’ll have to start all over. So if you do want to meditate for a while, you need to find a retreat center that allows you to stay in longer. You can check out the list of meditation centers in Canada here.
If you’re looking for a way to meditate for a while, I would recommend the Chinese style of meditation. It’s known as “yang training.” It involves the controlled, even repetition of a single word or phrase over many days. This type of meditation can help you find a sense of calm that is lacking in your typical life.
Sounds like a great way to get some zen in, and I can imagine it would be especially helpful for people dealing with intense emotions. However, I am not familiar with the types of meditations that the Chinese practice.
