20 Reasons You Need to Stop Stressing About self reliant

I’m not a self-aware person. That’s not to say that I don’t want to think about it. I don’t want to think about it. I just don’t. I have never been that way. But I’ve been there, so I know. It’s not something I want to take for granted. I know I will probably mess it up at some point. There’s a chance I could die in a car crash or something.

It doesn’t matter what you do with your personal life, it is the way you handle it that matters. I believe what self-awareness is about is taking control of our own behaviors, routines, and reactions. When we stop being aware of who we are and what we do, we no longer have control. That’s why I’m referring to it as “self-aware.” If we’re aware we’re on autopilot, then we have a choice.
