I’ve made the mistake of thinking that self-harm is something that is only a bad symptom of other underlying problems. In reality, it’s a very common and very serious problem, and it can lead to very serious consequences, both physical and mental.
I feel that we are already familiar with the symptoms of self-harm. The most obvious one is pain, but it is most often accompanied by an intense desire to inflict pain on ourselves, as well as a feeling that our self-harm will make us stronger.
The problem is that it can’t always be seen. If you are in pain, and you think that you are in pain, you still have to be able to move. If you are in pain and you think your pain is pain, you still have to be able to move.
This is the second reason I think that most people don’t recognize the symptoms of relapse self-harm. This is because you are generally unable to recognize the difference between physical pain and mental pain. Most people think that they feel both and they think that they feel pain when they are in pain, but the pain they feel is the same pain they felt before.
For example, a person who has relapsed and is self harming by cutting because they just need something to take out their frustration without hurting themselves is going to feel pain. You can try to cut yourself, but you are still gonna feel pain. If you cut yourself and you feel pain, you are not going to feel like you are doing something to hurt yourself.
The problem is a relapse is a relapse and can be self damaging and can not only hurt the person relapsing but also it can harm the people around them. In a case like this, the person who cut themselves might feel remorse, but they are still going to feel pain.

The next time you cut yourself, try to think of it as a choice. If you decide to cut yourself, you are choosing to do something that causes you to feel bad. So don’t feel bad about it.
One of the biggest problems with relapse is that it is not a choice you make. It is a feeling that happens in your body that has not been chosen and that you have no control over. And the feeling of regret isn’t really all that bad either, especially if you have a relapse already. Instead of feeling guilty about doing it in the first place, just think of it as an action that you have no control over.
This is the part where you will have to get comfortable with your own judgment of when you are in a relapse state. It is possible to suffer from it for long periods of time without feeling bad. But at some point you will have to stop feeling bad about yourself and start focusing on what you are doing to cause that feeling.
