Sometimes I think of myself as a “c-differ” or a “recurrent c-diff”. What it means is that I’ve always been a person that is easily distracted. I think that I am an extreme example of a C-difference person. I don’t have the same amount of time or attention that I did when I was younger. I am also not as organized as I used to be.
C-difference is a term coined by the psychologist Charles Berridge. It basically describes the condition of a person who is chronically distracted. If you are C-difference, you’re always on auto-pilot. When it comes to doing things, you’ll either do them wrong or they’ll take you a certain way. This causes you to be in a constant state of mental conflict.
A lot of people describe C-difference as “stressed out, moody, and grumpy.” That’s because the symptoms of C-difference are very similar to those of many types of depression. The key difference is the way that C-difference manifests itself. Whereas many types of depression are accompanied by a loss of interest in life, C-difference is often accompanied by feelings of apathy and hopelessness.
It’s also worth noting that C-difference is often accompanied by thoughts such as “why am I doing this?” and “this is stupid.” These are the thoughts that are often present when someone is having a “bad” night, or is starting out on a long road trip, or is worried about a job interview. However, these thoughts are often present as well when someone is having a “good” night.
There are many reasons why someone might be having thoughts like these, but it is worth noting that C-difference is often accompanied by feelings of apathy and hopelessness. So too is depression, and even when it is not accompanied by these thoughts, the feelings are still present; we can even see this in our own brains.
When we’re feeling sad, we often show signs of a C-difference because our brains are not in a good mood. This is the reason that antidepressants work so well for people who are depressed and anxious.
If you have depression, you might have a C-difference. That doesn’t mean you’re the only one. Although, given that it is one of the most common reasons why people start medication to treat depression, we should at least consider it.
C-difference is one of those terms that you hear people use when they are trying to explain why they are both depressed and anxious and still feel depressed and anxious. It is a physical change in our brain that makes it harder to think, feel, and act normally. People with a C-difference have trouble with both thinking and acting normally. This is why people with C-difference are often described as “not normal.
The C-difference is also a problem for some people, especially those who have autism or ADHD, who can’t make normal changes to their mental state. They may have trouble controlling how they feel.
