Most of the time I will make it with potatoes or carrots, but its also very good with other vegetables. I never forget this basic step. In the summertime, I cook my vegetables with meat in the winter. I cook them down with chicken and ham and everything it’s possible to get meat with. Then I add seasonings like garlic, onion, and parsley. I make this so it tastes better than normal, and it’s also a great way to get rid of vegetables that you might be hungry for in the summer.
The reason I love this is because it is simple and easy, yet it works. It is so easy to get rid of vegetables that often times, you will not even realize it is happening. I could have saved myself much work by simply adding a little lemon juice and salt to the food before cooking.
