For a long time, I have been an avid fan of Pcos, the company that supplies egg whites and egg yolks to manufacturers and consumers. I love their products because I know exactly what I will get when I buy them. From their non-allergenic, naturally occurring vitamins to their high quality egg whites, I always get exactly what I want and need.
So when I saw the news that Pcos is cutting their egg product line in half to focus on their egg whites and egg yolks, I figured it was just the other side trying to save the day.
As it turns out, Pcos is cutting back their egg product line in half to focus on their egg whites and egg yolks. That’s a very good thing, but they’ve also cut back their supply of Pcos’s non-allergenic non-GMO eggs as well. I can’t help but think that this is because they’re now going to be the world’s largest egg producer and they need to focus on that.
This is the kind of thing I would expect from a company that is trying to sell you an egg, because it would be easy. But I find it funny that the main argument against Pcos going non-allergenic is that their eggs are terrible. I think the issue here is that they are trying to sell you an egg that is made with non-allergenic and non-GMO eggs.
The fact is that the egg industry is already making huge strides in the direction of all-natural and sustainable food. And I am not just talking about eggs. I mean, I think it is also the perfect time for Pcos to start thinking about how they can take a little more care and attention in the production of their eggs. I just wish that they would focus more on their quality and not just their bottom line.
One of the issues with eggs is that they are often treated like a commodity. There are all kinds of ways you can make an egg, but none of them are considered “allergenic” or “natural.” And although I think that it is great that we are starting to see more and more companies making a real effort to support the health of the environment, I don’t think there is much we can do about production practices now.
Sure, eggs are great, and all the companies that make them are doing it right. But companies really need to start putting more effort into supporting the environment in a more meaningful way. I know that there are many ways for companies to make a living off of the eggs they sell, but they need to step up their game and start being more efficient in the ways they use eggs.
I think it’s the small things that make a big difference. When I think about the big picture (which is probably to someone on the other end of my phone, who probably has a much more positive outlook on the matter), we need to be talking more about how our eggs are produced, the way we are shipping eggs, how they are packed and handled, and how eggs are processed, inspected, packaged, and sent out to store shelves.
These things are things that we, as consumers, can do to make our eggs better. I have a friend that is obsessed with how well eggs are packed. He has a whole room dedicated to the packaging. He’s had about five different companies produce his eggs, and he has them all labeled and displayed. I don’t know where he gets all of his eggs from, but I am convinced that the eggs are the best he has ever had.
I guess the point of this is to be a little more aware of what you are buying. I do not know anyone who has ever complained about bad eggs or bad eggs being sold. I was once a person that did not like eggs so I would never buy them. I have had eggs from companies like pcos, and I have had eggs from companies like the eggs that I am now going to talk about.
