To me, it’s a sign of a healthy person when I don’t have to think about my day. I can have a perfectly healthy day, and if I’m feeling sick, I don’t think about it. I don’t have to be concerned about my health because a disease won’t affect me.
Om sakthi is not something you need to think about when you are ill, but it does make you anxious. This is because when you are ill, you are sick. This is a symptom of the illness or disease. When you are sick, the world is in your head. When you are sick, it is in your mouth. This is one of the symptoms of diseases.
But it’s also like being in a time loop of your own life. When you are sick, you are sick. When you are ill, there is a time gap between when you are ill and when you are feeling better. This is because when you are ill, you are sick and are on the go.
But this also makes you anxious because when you are sick, you are on your own, you are in the middle of the country, all alone. This is when you are most alone. When you are ill, you are alone. When you are sick, you can call on your inner voice to help you talk to others but you can’t speak to your inner voice. This is because your inner voice is a part of you and is a part of you now.

Most people think they are able to speak to and understand their inner voice. In reality, they are not able to. Your inner voice is an expression of your inner self. It is not an expression of your external self, or your external world. To understand and speak to your inner voice you need to have your heart and mind fully present.
That means you need to be connected to all the senses, including your sense of hearing. If you’re talking on the phone to someone, you can still have your internal voice, but a connection to the external world is no longer available. The same is true when you talk to someone in person. Your internal voice may still be available, but since you’re speaking to someone you’re not actually communicating with, you’re not able to fully connect to them.
To be fully present you need to be in the moment. The moment means listening to what your body is doing. When youre sitting at a computer, you have to wait for it to finish. When youre talking with someone you have to wait for it to finish. When youre talking to someone youre not even sure if they are listening to you or not. That is what we call “sakthi” when we talk about being fully present.
Sakthi is the art of being fully present. Being fully present means being with what you are feeling and with what your body is doing. This is true whether or not you are talking to someone youre not even sure if they are listening to you or not.
