I wouldnt advise taking supplements when pregnant, but if you are, you should be aware of the side effects. It is possible that a supplement could cause your child to be born with problems that will be magnified if you are pregnant. To me, the most important thing to take into consideration about supplements while pregnant is that if your supplement causes problems for your baby in the future, you dont want to take any during this pregnancy.
