You should be just as sick afterwards as you were before your loss due to the fact that you are still in the uterus. However, you may experience some mild sickness when you feel the loss of blood in your body. I would highly recommend you just avoid all meatless meals after a miscarriage.

I’m not sure if you can take any meatless meals after a miscarriage. However, most people who have miscarriage, experience some mild sickness after the loss. This means that you should avoid meatless meals at all costs. I also recommend not eating any meat in the first few days after your miscarriage as it is highly traumatic for the body to be eating a meatless meal in the first six to seven hours after the loss.

A lot of people go through a miscarriage and are unable to eat any meat after the first few days because their body is trying to heal the rupture. This means that some people are even unable to eat any meat for up to six months after the loss. If you have ever had a miscarriage that was so severe that you could lose your baby’s heart, then you know how excruciating it can be. I personally had a very close friend who miscarried a very early miscarriage at 34 weeks.
