A friend of mine and I once made a trip to the ER together. While waiting around in the ER, we started to discuss some of the different types of pain I was experiencing. It was around midnight and I was having some pretty intense diarrhea. Within a few minutes, my friend’s wife was able to get me to a bathroom that had a pump in it. I remember that I was so relieved because it meant that the pain was finally going away.
The day after I got my new pump, I went back to the ER. It took me a while to recover because I was still in a lot of pain. When I came out, I was exhausted and didn’t feel great. I went back to the ER to see what was going on, but it didn’t seem to help.
I’m not sure what was going on in my body during the night. I was a little confused because I had never had the problem before. But then my wife told me that my body had gotten a little too dehydrated, so she had me start drinking water. After a few days of drinking water, my diarrhea cleared up.
The problem with diarrhea is that it is usually accompanied by a fever, or an upset stomach. Dehydration is usually caused by eating a low-fiber diet, like one that doesn’t include fruits and vegetables. I can’t prove that my body was dehydrated, but it was a pretty common thing to have to deal with after a night out.
In order to get dehydrated, you will probably have to drink a lot of water. In the case of diarrhea, you can try drinking more of a “low-fiber” diet like I mentioned above. I dont recommend that you drink too much of anything.
