I have been told by so many people that they don’t have to spend a significant amount of time on their feet in order to help them perform better. I’ve heard this said over and over and over again and I love hearing it. I always think that it is possible for everyone to have a little bit of extra time in the little steps that seem so important to help one perform better. I know that I do.
I always feel better when I can wear sneakers in the morning. I am sure you do too.

And even if you are born without feet, most of us will need to walk for a while before we feel comfortable walking without them. What I am suggesting is that you begin to invest your time in practicing walking, like a game.
If you want to start walking without shoes, it is important that you invest in shoes that you can afford (and that can be hard to find).
