This is a funny but important point that all three of my friends have made recently in regards to mothers of lawyers and law school. It’s not that all mothers of lawyers are either abusive or manipulative, but it’s always that way regardless of their parenting skills. I’ve heard a lot of moms of lawyers say that their parents told them that they should never have kids, and they were right. And that’s exactly what we all believed.
So let me just say this: The majority of moms of lawyers are good. They are the kind of mom who is trying to be good and trying to help out their kids. And that does not mean that they can be abusive. Its not what makes them good. Its what makes them bad. And that may be the most important thing about the moms of lawyers.
In terms of how they are seen by society, the lawyers at least have a bit of a stigma attached to them. In the beginning, the only thing they did was provide legal counsel to other people. There wasn’t much to do other than file paperwork, attend court, and hope that the court would find them guilty. This reputation of the lawyers has only grown since the day they started a family.
Lawyers are the quintessential example of the “good mother” archetype. Most of our society is so convinced that lawyers are evil that almost every time we see one, they act like a saint. The problem is, the way we see lawyers is exactly how we see them. We see them doing good things and we see them doing bad things. The only difference is that in the end, the good things that lawyers do tend to be the ones that we dont want to be around.
Lawyers who put their money into their kids’ college educations tend to do better in the end than lawyers who put their money into paying off a spouse. It’s more likely that the lawyers who put their money into their kids’ educations are the ones who want to make their kids happy. The only good thing lawyers do is go after the bad guys.

And here’s a hint: lawyers who put their money into their kids educations are the ones who want to make their kids happy. This is because they have power over their kids that they don’t want to let go of. Lawyers are one of the few things that can affect your kids but rarely have much to do with your kids. If you have a lawyer, you probably will.
Lawyers are the only people who can affect your kids when you dont. Because they are your kids, and they take care of them, and for some reason or another, they cant seem to let go. They are the only people who can make you unhappy.
Lawyers are the people who are the most difficult to love for two reasons: because they are the most difficult to love because they are your closest friends with no love left for you and because they are the only people who can make you feel like you are a failed parent or that you are being exploited and manipulated by your parents.
I have a lawyer sister who is extremely close to me. She is the best friend I have, and the only person I can tell my secrets to. She is my confidant, my only confidant, the only person who I can talk to about my problems and the things I do wrong. She is never wrong, always right. She is my biggest cheerleader, and my only positive person I can be. She is my best friend, and I wouldn’t change her for anything.
