The best way to avoid this situation is to eat a lot of foods that contain iron-rich foods, like meat and fish, that are easily digestible. If you really want to reduce your risk of a pregnancy loss, try eating more animal protein.

The amount of iron stored in the body is determined by the food she eats and the amount of iron she ingests. Pregnancy does increase the risk of nutritional deficiency, but even after you’re pregnant, your body can still store enough iron for you to be able to be a strong fighter and to have a child.
In fact, iron deficiency anemia is a big risk factor for a loss of pregnancy. Iron stores are often so low that the mother doesn’t have enough iron to make all of the babies, and the fetuses can die. If you have pregnancy loss, you are more likely to have iron deficiency anemia. It is important to understand that iron deficiency anemia is not the same thing as a low iron level. Iron deficiency doesn’t mean you don’t have enough iron.
