I just had a bad runny nose. I was feeling really congested and tired. I was getting really irritated, and my throat was acting up. I went to the doctor, and he took my vitals and sent me to the emergency room.
Like many people, I had been dealing with a pretty common viral infection called interstitial cystitis. It’s a chronic inflammation of the bladder and kidneys. It usually only lasts a few weeks, but it can last much longer, and you can get a long-term effect on your bladder and kidneys if you don’t take it seriously. I was told that I had about five to eight cysts.
Well, when I got to the ER, I was told that I had about 5-10 cysts. Turns out, this is a common symptom of some rare autoimmune bladder infections called interstitial cystitis. Cysts are collections of blood and fluid that may form anywhere, and can be found anywhere in your body. They may be harmless, or they may have some connection to your illness.
If they are anywhere, they are a sign that something is wrong. A recent study showed that the cysts are most likely to form in your kidneys. They are a relatively common symptom of kidney disease and are associated with a high risk of death. They can affect your bladder, but may be more likely to infect your brain as well.
In cystic fibrosis, the symptoms are similar to those of interstitial cystitis. However, cystic fibrosis is far more common and the cysts are much harder to find.
Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects the lungs, digestive system, and intestines. It’s caused by a defect in a protein that stops the kidneys from filtering your body of toxic waste. Sometimes patients can develop cysts in other organs such as the pancreas, liver, and brain.
Interstitial cystitis is a much more common disease, but it is far more rare. The cysts are harder to find, and it is also much more difficult to diagnose. While it is a genetic condition that is much more common, it is also far more rare.
While it is more common and far more rare, there are a few cases that do not have cysts. It can be caused by a genetic mutation, but the mutation is not always present. It can be a lot more rare though. There are about 50 reported cases of interstitial cystitis each year in the US, and just a couple hundred cases worldwide.
It is not always caused by a genetic mutation, because there are other causes. One of the most common causes is a virus that causes an immune system problem. However, it is possible that a person who has had an autoimmune condition for years, as well as an allergy, will have cysts despite the virus or allergy not being the cause.
I have chronic cystitis, and when I wake up, I have this little crampy pain that I can’t quite pinpoint. It’s not quite as bad as when my period is coming, but it’s still pretty bad and I have to take a lot of painkillers. The cysts tend to last several days, but I just feel better when I am on the pill.
