These days we’re just so busy that this isn’t a consideration when we go to bed. The best way to deal with this is to make an appointment to go to bed earlier than the usual time, and then wake up at the usual time. This will not only make the most of your time and money, but it will also help you feel more in control of your life.
Its not that I don’t want to be in control of my life, its just that I want to be able to spend my night time doing something that I enjoy. And that usually means going to sleep.
So what do you do when you go to bed early? You sleep. Of course. But you also make an appointment to go to bed later. This will give you more time to do what you enjoy and will help you feel more in control of your life.
To me, sleep is not just a means to an end, it’s a way to feel more in control of my life. It’s a way to make sure that you are not missing out on the things you most want to do. For example: I am a huge fan of smoking. But I don’t smoke regularly, so smoking in the morning will not allow me to enjoy the day.

The same goes for other addictions (like gambling or porn), where you feel like shit and want to kill yourself.
Nicotine withdrawal is a natural part of the process. You don’t have to be a smoker to experience it, but if you have a problem, it could be helpful to treat it like you would a cold. So just avoid the nicotine and the withdrawal symptoms associated with it.
