There are all kinds of veins in your body, and some are so tiny that they can be difficult to see, but they’re there.
The problem is that we often don’t notice the veins. It’s only when they are clogged up that we feel a pain. And even then, we don’t always know that we’ve hit a vein. It is easy to miss and often impossible to see veins that are hidden by clothing or hair. Many doctors only see veins when they go to the doctor.
In the video above we see a man with a huge vein clogging up his leg that he hit with a gun. He didnt even notice it at first, and it didnt hurt. The next morning he woke up to find that the vein had burst and he lost his blood pressure. His friends werent too surprised at the incident too.
Pain is a great motivator, and the more the better. But in reality, pain can also be the worst motivator. It takes all the strength you have left to fight off pain when you know it is inevitable. Just look at the pain you feel when you hear a gunshot or see a severed limb.
I’ve seen this happen to a lot of my friends. First, they’ll get a ton of pain and their motivation will drop off. Then they’ll start to act out, and the pain escalates until they start to act out. The best way to avoid this is to set up a goal that is a challenge that actually gets you through the pain.
A good motivator is to set up a personal challenge like, “I’m going to hurt myself like this for a little while (or until my goal comes to pass)”. This will get you through the pain to get you to the goal.
This is why it is so important to have goals and a plan of attack. You can’t take on a problem or a challenge without having a goal in mind. It also helps if you have a way to measure your progress. A great motivator is to measure your progress by tracking your heartbeat, breathing, or weight to see how close you are to your goal.
Like with a goal, it’s also important to have a plan. It’s just like with goals. You have to have a plan before you start. When you have a plan, you have a plan of attack and you know exactly what you are going to do. It’s also important to have a goal and a plan to help you keep track of your progress.
Our friends at Google Analytics have a really nice guide on how to design your tracking system. Its all laid out and really easy to navigate. Just make sure you look at their entire guide rather than our piece.
