I have a 5 week old kitten who was just adopted into our family, and I am trying to figure out what to feed him and how to care for him. I am very new to the whole kitten thing and don’t know the best way to handle this baby but wanted to get some advice.
1) Find a good, healthy kitten. 2) Find a cat that is not food allergies or anaphylactic, and 3) never feed a cat food from a bag.
I think what you will find is that you will have better luck with the less active types of cats. Some people, myself included, will use the food that we have at home. That way if the kitten runs away, it can’t get the food before it runs away. Or, if it wants the food and runs away, just eat the food. If you don’t feed it, it won’t be able to get the food before it runs away.
Some people take this approach with cats. The problem is that people who feed their cats food from a bag are also giving them too much food. They also don’t give their cats the attention they need when they are in the house. I think the thing that is the most difficult to deal with is the fact that a cat will eat anything. It is hard to make it not feed from a bag, but it is not impossible. This is why you dont let your cat go out and play you should. The problem is that as a pet owner, you have a responsibility to do whatever is necessary to bring your pet into the world.
In the case of a new kitten, that responsibility is to go out there and play. It is not to throw things. If you are a parent, you are the one who needs to take responsibility for raising your child. If you are a cat owner, your responsibility should be to provide your cat with food, water, shelter, and lots of play. It doesnt matter if youre a new cat or a kitten, but you should go out and play.
