It may be true that the majority of our employees trust their employer, but it also may be true that the majority of our employees trust their coworkers. The truth is that all employees need to trust their employer, but this trust is not based on what the employer does. Employees need to trust their employers because they respect them for what they do, and they will do all they can to protect them.
