I love the idea of a “hunk”. It gives me a more personal, healthier, and less expensive meal, with less calories, less fat, and more flavor. That’s easy enough for you to say. But for me, it also makes me a better consumer of those delicious, light meals.
But not to worry, this is not a “food” blog post. This is a food and drink consumption post.
This week, we’re taking the food and drink consumption challenge and trying to eat more healthy, healthier food as well as drink more water.
I’m happy to report that I’ve been successful in both those endeavors. Just last week, I ate some of the most delicious, lightest meals I have ever had, and I’ve been making a lot more water.
I’ve been drinking more water too. My friend has been drinking lots and lots of water lately and she is very happy about it.
For those of you who are interested in the topic of this post, here are the details.
The topic is about the concept of “heavy meal”. The concept of “heavy meal” refers to the fact that you will consume a lot of calories when you eat a large meal. This is a really good concept. Its also a really good idea. It will help you lose weight and it will help you burn calories even more efficiently.
However, this concept can also be dangerous and really bad for you. Most people will lose weight doing this, but there are some people who will gain weight doing it.
Heavy meal is a concept that is probably best left to the weight loss expert who has actually lost weight. To the rest of us, it seems like a bad idea. That’s because, in a way, it will make you fat. You’ll probably eat a lot of calories because you’ll eat a lot of junk food and you’ll probably gain weight because you’ll eat a lot of junk food.
As it turns out, the weight loss expert is very correct. People who do heavy meal will gain weight, and the weight gain will keep on going and on. It is the amount of calories you eat that is important, not just the size of the calories. So weight loss experts usually recommend a moderate amount of food per day.
