I love tree yoga. I have been practicing for about a year now and it is so relaxing and the practice of yoga is easy to incorporate into your life. Tree yoga is easy to access and the only time it is not accessible, is when you don’t have time to run around getting your yoga mat on.

I like the latter, because its more about the actual feeling of how the body works.
