The good news is that once you start working out, it seems to bring out your best in you. I mean, if you work out, you should get a medal.

The days before you workout are the days that you are in the most negative state. When you are in your worst state, you are usually in the most negative state. This point is especially important when it comes to the things that you have to work on during your workout. If you’re at your worst you’re in the worst shape possible, if you’re at your best you’re in the best shape possible, and if you workout and you feel the best, you are in the best shape possible.

It is true, you can overwork yourself if you are not in the best condition. Having said that, it is also true that you can exercise more safely if you are in the best shape possible.
