That’s right, we’ve all been there—you’ve had a good meal, you’ve done a good job of fueling yourself, but you feel like you’re missing something—is there anything you can do to keep the good vibes going? Here are a few of my personal favorite ways to keep your mind and body engaged and energized.

The one thing that really helps to keep you going is to eat good food. Eating well is one of the easiest things to do to keep your body energized and healthy. Eating out or preparing your own meals at home are a great way to do that. If you don’t have a microwave, then it’s best to make healthy food in a crock pot.
There are some foods that are better on their own than in combination with other foods, and some that work well with others. For example, eating a breakfast that includes eggs and bread is a great way to start your day. When you eat breakfast, your body tends to start the day with lots of energy and is highly responsive for the rest of the day.

After all it is your day, after all. To get your blood pumping, you need to eat. So eating breakfast is definitely a good idea. But if you are having a hard time eating, then you should really start making use of your healthy eating routine.

This is one of those few times when I feel like I’m getting too involved in the story and writing, but I promise I’m not being too nitpicky. It’s just that I’m not a big breakfast person. I’m a big cereal person. I love my cereal. I don’t see them as a meal, but as a source of nutrition to me.
I find my cereal needs to be super filling, so if I eat a little bit of cereal in the morning, I feel satisfied. I eat three to four large servings of cereal everyday. I dont think I could ever eat just a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, but for my cereal, I do.
