Also, I like to eat at least half of a recipe as a snack. I recently did a little experiment and made a salad with a mix of fresh veggies, fruits, and cheese and it was really, really tasty.
A lot of people don’t realize that eating healthy can actually be as simple as getting your veggies from local farmers. It’s such a simple concept, and so easy to make that you probably don’t even need to cook. Just be sure to buy the freshest, highest quality vegetables you can find.
