This is the title of a great book by Dr. David Abram and Dr. Martin Seligman. It’s called Ghanikhan, and it’s about how you can use your mind, body, and heart to increase your level of self-awareness, and thus your happiness.
I’ve been playing ghanikhan since March and I can still feel the excitement. There’s a lot of “feeling” in this game, it’s like a roller coaster. I’ve gotten to be so engaged I’ve even started to think about the game as a movie (or maybe it’s the other way around).
Ghanikhan is an interesting idea. I think it is the ultimate game because it is a meditation on the concept of self-awareness and the different ways we can tap into it. The main idea of the game is that we can improve our inner life. This is not a game about shooting dudes or getting guns and then shooting them. Its more about our inner life, our connection with the world, and how we can make it better.
As we all know, self-awareness is a lot of work. How do we figure out what are ways to improve our inner life when we don’t know where we are? Well, we don’t. But through the power of hindsight, we can use this to our advantage. We can put together a list of the reasons why we have a hard time with self-awareness and we can turn this list into a game that helps us overcome these weaknesses.
The game’s called “ghanikhan”, which is the Hindi word for “to find a way”. This game is a little bit of a mash-up of the two most common terms for self-awareness. To put it simply, ghanikhan is a way of looking at things that can help us improve our inner life.
The game is a game where you play through a series of different situations and events until you find the right path to take. The idea is that each game is different and you have to find your own path. The game takes a little bit of work, but is worth the effort. It’s also a good idea to make your own list of the most common reasons why we suffer from self-awareness, and this will help you take things a step further.

One of the things I love about ghanikhan, is the ability to build your own “path”. In the game you start off on a path that you can follow to the end. The first path you take is to find your way to the center of the island and find out what’s going on there. In the next path, you start on a path that leads you to the top of the mountain.
The game is a platform game at heart, which means that, for the most part, you can go where you want. Sometimes it’s a bit more difficult to get where you want, but the point is that, in the end, you’ll find your way to the end.
It’s worth noting that in Deathloop you can take on the role of a time-looper. You walk and move in time to the beat of a song. When you die, you can pick up where you left off. In the game, time is one of the most important aspects of the game. You might think that time is lost on us, but in Deathloop it’s a game mechanic that makes everything so much easier to do.
