My name is Emily. I am currently the financial intern at the Y. I spend a lot of my time watching the Y and working on the financial side of things. It is a great office with a lot of friendly faces.
Emily is currently working at the Y on the finance side of things. I have been here for about two years, but my internship ends on March 31st. I am planning on going back to school and working at a different company. I am not sure if I will stay at the Y, but it is a great place to work. I also think that it might be hard for me to leave because I enjoy the people I work with.
As I said above, my internship ended on March 31st. I am not sure what I will do next.
I know people that work at the Y are more willing to hire someone that is already working at the Y than people that don’t. I can understand this, but do you think it is because the Y is a company? If you work at a company that doesn’t make it easy to leave, then it is hard for people to offer you an internship.
I think it is because people that are more willing to hire someone that is already working are more likely to be willing to hire someone who is already working.
Not sure what you are saying here. Do you even have a job? And if you do, why would you hire someone that was already working at your company? You might be able to get away with hiring someone who has been working at your company for a bit, but not someone who has been working in the field for a while.
If you aren’t willing to hire someone that has had some experience in the field, then you can’t offer that person an internship. Unless you are willing to hire someone that has already been working for a while, then you can’t even ask them to work for you.
The problem with interns is that you cant have them be under your control. You cant tell them how to do their job, and you cant make them do what you want them to do. You cant say you want them to do something, and then they become your responsibility. You cant say you want them to do something, and then you expect them to do it. And thats the end of it.
Yes, interns are awesome. We love them, and they love us. But because they are under your control, there is a lot of pressure to do what you tell them. So if you want interns, you need to hire them yourself. If you want to hire interns, do it yourself. Then we can be friends. Thats how it should be.
I have to confess I was very disappointed after hearing these words from a company rep. It’s not that I was disappointed in any of the intern jobs they did. I was disappointed that someone is still under the impression that interns are a necessary evil. I am not. I am sure that every intern you have hired over the years is doing a fantastic job. As for the intern jobs, they are also very much appreciated.
