This is so true. If we take care of ourselves and our bodies, we’ll be able to live a longer, healthier life. I can’t imagine how hard it will be to not get sick and tired all the time.

I know this because I’ve had that feeling about myself for a long time. Like I’m always sick and tired, but I can’t figure out why. I’m not really sure if I was ever sick and tired, or if it just seemed like it. I’m not really sure if I even remember what I was sick for.
Even the most healthy of us can get sick and tired (and sick and tired is a very specific type of tired). What is it that makes us sick and tired? A common cause of this is chronic stress. However, this can also be a result of having too much food or too many things to do. If you’ve ever had that feeling of constant stress, then you know what I’m talking about.
So that is why I felt like I was getting sick and tired and tired for so long. I was so stressed out. I was constantly fighting my battles and trying to out-think the universe that was constantly telling me that it wasn’t right. In addition to that, I was constantly being pushed into certain directions, or forced to follow certain rules. I was never allowed to look around and see what was going on around me.
I mean, that sounds like a problem, but it’s not. That’s not something that a person can self-diagnose. It’s not something that you can say, “Oh, I feel like I am not getting enough sleep or I am not doing the right things for my job.” It’s something that you have to work through. The idea is that you don’t know what the problem is.
Its not just that I felt like I was not getting enough sleep or my job was not going the right way. Its that I was constantly being pushed into certain directions or forced to follow certain rules, like not talking to my friends, not being outside without being seen, or being too tired to even do work. I can’t really say why that happens. I know that these things happen on a daily basis. It’s just that it’s something I had to work through.
And as for the way you feel, you just have to remember that you feel what you feel when you are not being held to a set of rules. You dont have to be good or bad about it.
Just the fact that you feel what you feel is pretty damn awesome. We’ve all been there. Whether it’s a girl who you can’t get to sleep or just general discomfort, you just need to find the right way to deal with it. And if that means getting a little cranky, then so be it.
