I’m also a fan of this sort of “egg whites” or “egg white chicken” thing. The only trick is to take out the yolk first. You’ll still get the real chicken flavor, but you won’t have the yolk to go with it. I can’t see any reason why you would need to do that though.
I know. It does sound gross. But I love it. It’s just like the egg white chicken thing, only without the egg yolk that makes it gross.
Yeah, I have always liked egg whites in a salad dressing or a sandwich. But I love them even more when they are combined with eggs. Egg whites and eggs are so good together. The yolk just gives it more flavor. I love both the yolk and the white.
