I’m sure there are many people out there who have had to deal with periods (or even irregular periods) in their lives. I don’t even know why, but it has happened to me and I have had to deal with it. I’m not going to lie to you, I’ve had many periods on and off. One of the many things I’m trying to work on and prevent is the feeling of “emptyness.
Ive been told by women that cranberry juice will help with periods, but I havent found any studies or data that backs this up. However, I do know that if you eat cranberries for a few days they seem to help with your periods. It is probably one of those “if it works then it must be right” things.
The evidence is all around us, and it is all around us because it is all around us! There are probably as many cases of cranberry juice causing periods as there are of cranberry juice not causing periods. However, I have seen so many women come to my house to be diagnosed with periods because they ate a diet full of cranberries. It just seems that eating cranberries will make you feel like you are pregnant, so it doesn’t seem like it is a bad thing.
This is a little off topic, but why do you think cranberries are actually good for periods? This is the question that is asked whenever a woman comes to my house to get a period diagnosis. There are so many factors that go into the question, so I’ll just mention two that are very important. First, cranberries contain high quantities of vitamin C, which is known for its “fighting” properties. Second, there are a lot of berries in the diet.
The cranberry is a berry that is native to eastern North America. It is one of the oldest cultivated fruits. However, the berries are not actually that much different from their wild counterparts. Both contain a large quantity of vitamin C and have some medicinal properties as well. When it comes to periods, however, it is more important to remember that it is the period that is the most critical. It is during this time that the hormones estrogen and progesterone are released.
During certain periods our bodies lose the ability to produce hormone hormones. The hormones that our bodies produce are needed in order to regulate the menstrual cycle and to create a balanced hormone production. The most common hormone produced in the menstrual cycle is estrogen. It is necessary during the entire menstrual cycle. However, this hormone is only produced during this time of the cycle. When the body can’t produce sufficient estrogen, it will produce progestogen hormone.
But what happens when your body loses the ability to produce estrogen? Well, you run the risk of having a period even though you haven’t got any period symptoms. Your ovaries will begin to produce progesterone, as the estrogen is no longer needed, but will it last for long enough to get your period? Well, that depends on the amount of progesterone produced by your ovaries at any given time.
Yes, but some women have a very easy time with it, and while others might experience period pains for a while afterwards, its the other way around.
The good news is that you can stop bleeding by drinking cranberry juice, but it’s not going to make you impotent. In fact, it’s the hormone progesterone, which is produced by your ovaries, that causes you to have periods.
If your periods are due right after ovulation, then drinking cranberry juice isn’t going to prevent you from getting pregnant. It might just make it go a lot faster. However, if you don’t have periods, you may need to avoid it like the plague.
