I believe that a man will empty his bladder better standing than sitting. It may not seem like it, but standing puts your kidneys at risk for not having enough urine, and sitting puts your back at risk for not having enough.
I just want to point out that standing and sitting are also associated with high blood pressure, so you may want to check with your doctor before going for a walk.

I think back when I started to suffer from frequent urinating, there was a lot of emphasis on my head having to be in a certain way to get rid of the fluid. If I was sitting, I had to be in a certain position. I was told to sit with my legs straight, facing me, and then to sit up straight in a certain way. If I had to pee standing, I had to be in a certain position.
The difference in the two positions is that with sitting, it requires a lot of muscle and fluid to maintain balance, so it takes longer to empty. With sitting, it’s easier to just stay in the same position for a longer period of time.
In our opinion, sitting is a lot more comfortable when it comes to relieving your bladder, but it’s not necessarily better for your health. As long as you don’t have to worry about standing for long periods of time, there is no real advantage to it.

Theoretically, standing is good for us, but most people who don’t have bladder problems can only sit for a short period of time before they need a bathroom break.
