I’ll use the word nourish loosely. It can mean to keep food fresh (i.e. fresh produce) or it can mean to provide certain nutrients to the body (i.e. vitamins, minerals, etc.). When you’re thinking about your kitchen, what it is you are nourishing, is important to know. When you’re thinking about your refrigerator, what it is you are nourishing, is important to know.
For the most part, nourish is more related with your health. I want to be clear though that nourish is not the same as being fed. I feel that nourish is more of a state, it’s a state of being. The nourish that you feel in your stomach is a nourish that your body wants to feel, and this is what it needs to survive in the long run. It’s not a state of being, it’s a state of being.
Its also important to think about eating because you could be eating a snack, but if you are eating a snack it needs to be healthy. The snack you eat should be healthy too. A snack is not the same as a meal. It could be a snack, but it also needs to be a meal. Like you said, you can’t eat a snack because you dont eat a meal. Its more of a concept than a real thing.

I think that the most important thing to remember in nutrition is that we need both. We should eat more food because we like food, but we should also drink lots of water because it makes us feel better, especially when we’re feeling weak or sick. We need both because if we don’t both, then we’re not doing our bodies any favors.
