I have been sick every month for the last six weeks. Not even getting sick is good enough, because the more I know about what’s going on with my body, the more I know I need to take care of myself. I know how miserable and sick I feel all the time, and my gut tells me it’s getting worse. I started drinking cranberry juices, and in a couple of days I was feeling a little better.
