If you aren’t getting enough fiber in your diet, this will be one of the first things you notice. Also, there is probably not a good reason to continue eating when you are constipated. And if you have been constipated for a while, I have to assume it has been for a long time.

The fact that I can lose weight and still have constipation is a great example of why intermittent fasting is a good idea for people with constipation.
