We all have our own version of this, but let me give you a more common one for you. You’re probably thinking about your period right now. If you didn’t know, you may have had one of those “this month” headaches you get a couple of times a month, and a few weeks ago, you probably had one of those “it’s not that bad” headaches. That’s it.
I know, right? It’s weird that it’s a common pain for women, but when you think about it, men have their period too.
Although men have their period, women also bleed regularly. We all know that women bleed for a reason, and it’s possible that women have their period for their own reasons. It’s also possible that you have a different reason for this bleeding or that you know of one. Either way, if you are having one of those its not that bad headache it is.
I could imagine that if you were having your period it might not be a big deal, but if you are having your period you need to know the cause, and it sounds like your period will probably be a lot worse than you think.
It’s a good idea to ask your doctor about your symptoms, plus you don’t want to know more than you need to. The best place to go for advice on this is your doctor’s office. If you are having symptoms, you should ask your doctor to do a complete blood panel (which can also tell you the reason for your bleeding). Also ask for a pregnancy test as well. If you are not sure what is going on, talk to your doctor.
It’s a good idea to tell your doctor about anything that’s going on with you, even if you’re having some mild pain. Even if you’re not bleeding, he’ll want to know if you have any problems with your heart, lungs, and/or gastrointestinal system. The more you can bring this up to your doctor, the better your chance of avoiding a serious situation.
I’m not very good at this, but I suspect this is due to a combination of the fact that my period is the most sensitive (or at least most painful) time of the month and that I tend to be very forgetful.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to give my doctor an aspirin or ibuprofen just to get my period started. Like anything else, it’s much better to do it at the beginning of the month if possible.
I had a period at the beginning of March, I think, and it was quite a big one. It took about a week and a half to start and end, so I was pretty much wiped out. Thankfully, I was not pregnant at the time, though I had a nasty infection that needed some antibiotics. I’m still not 100 percent sure what caused it, but I’d like to think it was the hormones.
I’ve heard that certain foods can trigger periods. I can’t remember the last time I had an issue with my period, but I am not completely opposed to eating certain foods. I usually do a half-day’s worth of yoga on a Monday and Wednesday once a week, so it’s not out of the question for me to try to avoid the same foods as my period.
