This may be one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do, and yet it’s one of the most enjoyable. You are on your hands and knees, and you have to hold the bladder while pushing it back into place. It hurts. You have to hold the bladder like you’re trying to rip it out of your own ass. The pain may be so severe you may have to stop and breathe, but the reward is worth it.
For me, the biggest pain was when I had to force myself to keep my bladder in place while I had to pull the bladder’s handle out of my own ass. The pain is worse when the bladder is fully out. That’s a fact. It took me a few tries to get my bladder in place correctly. It’s a lot like trying to hold a baby’s head up while trying to get it to pee. I’m not exaggerating.
The prolapsed bladder is a problem that many people have experienced for different reasons. I dont know the cause of it, but I do know that if you have that problem, its not very likely to get fixed.

It would make it impossible to pee unless you were being very careful. I’m not sure a couple of days of trying to help it return to full function is a good idea either, since it would also mean your bladder is now in the shape of a full bladder and might not be able to properly function at all.

This is why you need to make sure you are doing bladder exercises regularly for as long as you can. If you are not doing it, you risk having an infection and a bladder stone.
