There is a lot of controversy surrounding the term “bloating.” For me, it seems to indicate that there is a problem with the stomach that goes beyond the typical cause of gas. I have seen many people with an underlying medical problem or condition that can cause bloating, and I have never seen a lot of people with an underlying medical problem that causes bloating.
This is because this is something very common and not something that I have seen reported on. I was one of the people a few years ago who reported that a lot of people with food allergies seemed to have bloating problems. It took a lot of people to notice and to start reporting that problem.
