I have to say that I believe that I have had a little bit of anxiety about can a uti cause anxiety in my life, but I think I’m past that now. I find that if I really just sit down with my thoughts and go through them, I can come out with some pretty interesting and useful insights.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no one-to-one relationship between anxiety and the uti in question. It’s possible that there is some connection, but it may only be a connection based on the frequency of the anxiety. It’s also possible that there isn’t any connection at all. I have to say though that you should never let yourself get into a mental loop with your anxiety.

The only way to truly know whether an anxiety-inducing uti is a problem is to try and bring it to your attention. By keeping your anxiety in control with a calm mind, your anxiety should go away. A calm mind is the key to control of anxiety.

For example, you can’t be anxious about anything until you’ve come to terms with your thoughts and your expectations about them. Because, as it turns out, the uti may change your state of mind, but not your emotions. For example, the uti may cause anxiety, but not panic, while the anxiety may cause panic, but not anxiety.
