I’ve been trying for a while now to get into yoga, but I always seem to be one step behind. This new yoga studio has changed my life in that it is an entire different way of experiencing yoga. The floor is not only flat, but it’s also perfectly level and the space is cozy. The teachers are also really nice and it’s nice to see someone who really knows the history of yoga.

This new studio is an amazing way to practice. And I feel like it is a pretty unique way of thinking about yoga. I can see how someone who practices yoga for years can get to a place in their life where they have an understanding of why they are doing certain poses, and why they feel them, and who they are as a person. I also think that a lot of non-yoga people might be surprised by what yoga means to them.

I know that I am. I have been practicing yoga and dance for years and years and years. My training really deepened after I graduated from college. I have always been interested in the mind/body connection. I’ve always had a love for the mind/body connection. I always loved the idea of a yoga/dance/dance and of being in sync with all of it.
