breaking point quotes

The following are some of my favorite quotes that I’ve come across that I’ve been able to use to help me with my own self-awareness. All the quotes are from the personal blog of my friend and fellow self-awareness expert, Lisa LaPorte, who is a regular contributor to Self Awareness for Life.

I love the phrase, “You can’t get past this point” because it describes a lot of the time we’re going through. We’re approaching the point where we’re going to be forced to make a choice and it’s not going to be something we chose to do. It’s something that’s forced on us.

I was recently talking to a friend about this and she said, “You can’t get beyond what you’re comfortable with.” I think that’s the whole idea of self-awareness is to not be comfortable. To be open to change and to be willing to make the change.

It is like the ultimate test of self-awareness is to let someone just walk through your door and ask for your hand. Because you are not sure if you have that self-awareness, but you are sure you have that self-awareness.

I think this is the part where people are really starting to get it. The reason why I am so adamant about this is because, when you try to stop something from happening, you are forced to let go of control. You can’t say, “I don’t want to let this happen.” You can’t say, “I won’t let this happen.

I think this is a good lesson to learn. When you decide to let go, you realize that you are not in control of anything. So you have to let go. In that sense, we are all on an autopilot, and when we let go, it makes us realize that we are the ones who are in control.

I have never had this problem before. I have had to do nothing. I just think it is really hard to let go.

I think that’s probably true for most people, but it is especially true for people who are trying to let go of control because they are not aware of how much control they have. Many times we take control for granted, and we don’t realize that we are the person who is in control. It can be hard to let go, but it is absolutely necessary.

The biggest problem here is that we’re all so focused on looking at the world around us that we tend to forget about our own actions. But when we look at ourselves, we tend to see ourselves as victims of our own actions, that we are a victim of our own choices, that we are the bad guys who are doing the bad stuff to ourselves. And we can’t really blame anyone else, because we’re just the victims of our own actions.
