However, if you’re thinking about anorexia as “losing weight” it can be very easy to get caught up in weight loss myths and beliefs, to start focusing on counting calories and eating too many meals. That, apparently, is a lot harder to stop.
Yes, losing weight with a controlled diet is easier and faster than you think. But if you really want to lose weight, it may be easier to just eat a lot and avoid exercise entirely.
The answer is yes. You can lose weight by eating less and exercising more. The key is to make sure you’re eating more when you’re hungry. For example, if you only have about a half a cup of coffee a day, you can try eating only a quarter cup. Or if you don’t exercise, you can do something about it by eating a lot and exercising a lot.

I’m sure this can be a tough one to explain, but the point is that your diet needs to be very restrictive to lose weight. This is not like dieting so you can eat like a pig and lose weight. This is dieting to see if you can lose weight. In other words, if you eat a lot of food, you are trying to lose weight so it’s not like you are trying to eat a lot to try and lose weight.
It’s true that in anorexia, the idea of eating a lot of food is a very strong one, and is one that might lead to weight gain. It’s a very restrictive diet that is very difficult to follow, which is why it’s a diet to lose weight, because so long as you are eating the same amount of food every day, you are not losing weight.
