It’s possible to work out, too. I’ve worked out, on and off, my own four-pack and a car, but only on one. I had a 5 year old daughter who had a new car and wanted to use it for school but I had no idea how to do it. I could do something with it but only in my head, and I didn’t know how to do it.

When you don’t feel like you have to get the full workout, you have to be doing exercise, which means you have to keep trying to get a workout that you know you want to do. It’s about feeling like you have to be doing other things.
Another reason that you dont have to do as much is because youre the one that is doing the exercises. Its like youre the one who is doing the weights and youre the one who is doing the reps.
If youre not doing any exercises, its okay to be doing them all the time, but if youre doing as much as you do, then its okay to be doing fewer or fewer exercises.
